Another loss

Wow what a week! So pleased it's over. I had a great week, though I admit the last couple of days haven't been great eating, again sleep, and alos flo visiting always means I'm searching for extra carbs.

I got on the scales on Thursday with my trainer and I've lost again, while my weight is not the lowest its been since R has been weighing me my body fat is the lowest she has recorded so the numbers are going down and it's actual fat stores I'm losing woo hoo. Clothes are starting to get a little looser, my tummy is looking more like a disaster zone each time I examine it every few days so there's progress :-)

As I've mentioned I'm looking forward to trying new foods in San Francisco but not going crazy. My goal is to do the 30 day shred every other day and 15 mins walking, as a bare minimum to counteract the effects of these different foods. Because I know myself and fear getting a little out of control I asked R to write down my weight on a piece of paper and fold it up. That way if I get that crazy feeling I can look and it and remind myself that I really don't like that number and how it feels on my body. R put it in a tiny zip lock bag and taped it up and I've buried it in a part of my wallet I never go. Is that insane? I feel like it's a safety net!

  1. Yay on the loss!! So happy for you. I love your safety net plan. It's a great idea. I think you'll be great in San Francisco. Sure you can't swing by NYC :)
